Bulk Ghee for Restaurants: Direct Bilona Supply

· Organic Farmz
Sealed glass jars of traditional A2 bilona ghee lined up for restaurant kitchen dispatch.

Supplying bulk ghee for restaurants and cloud kitchens relies on agreeing on sample taste, packing format, delivery schedules, and clear written batch terms before production begins. Commercial kitchens depend on reliable fat sources to ensure that signatures dishes, gravies, and sweets taste identical every day of the week.

What Do Kitchen Buyers Look For When Sourcing Bulk Ghee?

Commercial kitchen buyers prioritize operational consistency and operational reliability far more than individual retail shoppers do. When a chef crafts a signature dal, biryani, or halwa, a sudden change in aroma, moisture content, or smoke behavior across batches alters the final flavor profile. Kitchen management also needs clear pack formats that integrate directly into line preparation, predictable delivery rhythms to manage pantry inventory, and transparent policies for what occurs if a batch does not meet agreed sensory standards.

How Does Bulk Ghee Buying Differ From Retail Buying?

Retail buyers typically purchase single glass jars for household consumption, focusing on personal taste preferences and counter display. Commercial buyers, by contrast, focus on repeat volume supply, batch-to-batch predictability, regulatory compliance on labels, and structured order agreements.

Our cows are not use and throw

A painted illustration of an elderly Gir cow resting on straw, with fresh
green fodder and a clay water bowl set out in front of her

A cow that stops giving milk is still our cow. She stays on the farm, with the same feed, the same shed and the same medical care she had when she was milking. We do not sell her on and we do not let her go. That is the whole basis of the ghee we make — you cannot ask an animal for her milk and then abandon her for it.

Our mission goes further than our own herd. There are cows on the street who are injured every day, who eat plastic, who cry through the night with nobody coming. We want to take them in. The plan is a chain of Organic Farmz gaushalas in several places, so that help is not one shed in one city but something a hurt animal can actually reach.

This takes more than we can carry alone — land, fodder, vets, hands. Come and join our initiative. Anything you give goes to feed, treat and shelter these cows.

How Does Our Supply Partnership Work Step by Step?

Our bulk supply arrangement for commercial kitchens and partner brands follows a structured, transparent sequence. First, your initial enquiry arrives via WhatsApp or email, detailing your brand or kitchen name, requested jar size, estimated monthly volume, and expected timeline for the initial batch. Next, a sample batch is prepared and provided for tasting so your culinary team can evaluate the aroma, texture, and cooking performance. Once the sample is approved, key terms—including unit rates, order volumes, packaging formats, artwork custody, and batch dispute resolution—are established in a formal written agreement. The buyer then submits print-ready label artwork containing their registered FSSAI details and mandatory declarations. Finally, the ghee is churned to order and delivered in sealed, labelled, and code-stamped glass jars, requiring zero repacking by your kitchen team.

What Determines Minimum Order Quantities, Rates, and Lead Times?

Minimum order quantities, pricing structures, and production lead times are deliberately not published as fixed numbers because they are custom-settled with each buyer during the sample evaluation stage. Production schedules depend on raw milk availability from Gir cows, batch sizing, and jar specifications. Rather than applying rigid universal minimums, specific order thresholds and lead schedules are established directly between the kitchen buyer and our production team based on actual kitchen consumption patterns.

How Are Batch Consistency and Quality Disputes Handled?

Batch consistency is maintained by adhering to traditional hand-churned bilona methods near Delhi, where curd made from A2 Gir cow milk is churned to extract white butter before slow heating into golden ghee. To protect both parties, the initial written agreement specifies clear procedures for handling any batch that either side finds unsatisfactory. Having agreed sensory benchmarks and formal resolution clauses upfront prevents operational disruptions in your kitchen.

How Can You Start a Bulk Ghee Enquiry for Your Kitchen?
