These terms apply when you place an order with Organic Farmz through this website or over WhatsApp. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Our product

We sell A2 Gir cow ghee prepared in small batches by the traditional bilona method. Because every batch is made to order, colour, texture and aroma vary a little between batches. That is normal for a hand-made product, not a defect.

Orders and confirmation

• Submitting the form on this site is a request to order. Your order is confirmed only when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we cannot deliver to your area or a batch is unavailable. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
• For monthly plans, we send you the payment link and the delivery date confirmation on WhatsApp before each dispatch. Nothing is charged automatically, and you can pause or stop a plan at any time by telling us.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the order form and include applicable taxes.
• Quantity discounts and the prepaid discount are applied on the order form before you confirm.
• Prepaid payment is made by scanning a UPI QR code. Payment is not confirmed automatically — our team verifies it and confirms on WhatsApp.
• Cash on delivery is available on one-time orders where the courier supports it.

Health claims

Our ghee is a food product. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we make no claim that it treats, prevents or cures any condition.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
